RETURNS WITH HERMOD

Refunds will be made to your Hermod wallets. Once the returned products reach our warehouse, the team will be crediting the complete order amount to your Hermod wallet. Post receiving the product, the refund is initiated within 24-36 hours. In case of any queries, feel free to reach out to the team at [email protected]

There are no charges for returns, however, if your original order was for less than ₹499, shipping charges will not be refunded to the Hermod wallet except in case of an incorrect order shipped, or the entire order was damaged during shipment.

Hermod products can be exchanged or returned only once. We do not accept multiple requests on the same set of products.

Note: Products once bought under the 'Clearance Sale-23' do not quality for return, refund or exchange. No products will be allowed to be returned or exchanged apart from in any exceptional cases.

RETURN EXCHANGE INSTRUCTIONS

You can raise a return request for your purchased product(s) by following the steps below:

• Log in to the Hermod India dashboard using the email handle or phone number used at the time of placing the order
• Once logged in, go to My Account
• Under this section, you should be able to see the product(s) you ordered
• Select the product(s) you would like to return

• You can also raise an Exchange Request for your purchased product(s) by following these steps.
