Returns and Refund


Returning an item with Hermod India is easy! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can  easily return it. Please note that items returned must be received within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date, and that items are in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed, without alterations and has all tags attached. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials within 30 days with normal wear (excluding stains), we will always accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.


Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 07 days. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information.

There are no charges for returns, however, if your original order was for less than ₹499, shipping charges will not be refunded except in case of incorrect order shipped or the entire order was damaged during shipment.

For orders paid for with Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued through bank transfers only. To ensure that the refund is credited on-time in your bank accounts, once the return request gets approved from the Company’s end, the Customer will be receiving a weblink requesting basic bank account details. Upon receiving the same for the aforementioned form, transaction for the respective refund amount shall be initiated from the Company’s end in less than 24 hours. The same shall reflect in the Customer’s Bank Account within 24-72 hours.

Please note that Hermod India DOES NOT ask for sensitive information like Card Number, CVVs or any kind of OTPs.

If you receive an email claiming to be from Hermod India asking you to do so, do not respond and contact our Customer Care team immediately.

Please note that we are unable to issue refunds through cash or cheque.

If an item is returned that does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item which does not comply with our Returns Policy. Please contact our Customer Care team to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.


You can raise a return request for your purchased product(s) by following the steps below:

  • Log in to the Hermod India dashboard using the email handle or phone number used at the time of placing the order
  • Once logged in, go to My Account
  • Under this section, you should be able to see the product(s) you ordered
  • Select the product(s) you would like to return
  • You can also drop us a “Hello” on [email protected]
  • You can raise an Exchange Request for your purchased product(s) by following the steps below:
  • Reach out to the Team using the Contact Us form.
  • You can also drop us a “Hello” on [email protected]
  • Within 24 hours of raising the Exchange Request, the Team shall be reaching out to you and initiating the process within 24 hours

As soon as we receive the product(s) in our warehouse, we will proceed with the returns check and validation. If your return is not approved, a member from our Customer Care team shall be reaching out to you.

Please do not hand over any additional items to the shipping partner during return pickup. If you wish to return more products, please get in touch with our Customer Care team, who will arrange a pickup for the additional products. 

We will not be responsible for refund of additional/ unaccounted products lost in transit.


If you received an item which is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. You have the right to a full refund on all shipments that arrive damaged, provided you inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received, we will assess and validate. If approved, we will refund the purchase price of the damaged item.
