• 15-Day Return & Exchange:
  • Hassle-free returns and exchanges within 15 days from delivery
  • Items must be in original condition with tags and packaging
    
    

• Reverse Pick-Up:
  • Two reverse pick-up attempts; if unsuccessful, you’ll need to self-ship
  • Reverse pick-up availability depends on pincode

• Refund Process:
  • Refunds processed to Hermod Wallet within 7 days after the return is received at the warehouse
  • COD & prepaid orders both receive credit in Hermod Wallet
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
    
    

• Promotions:
  • Items bought during promotional campaigns or special offers are non-returnable unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion’s terms
    
    

• Self-Shipping for Non-Serviceable Areas:
  • Ship returns to: G1 / G2, Saffron Height, Opp. Swaminarayan Mandir, Silvassa, D&NH D&D – 396230
  • Ensure items are securely packed with Order ID and registered mobile number
  • Use Speed Post for returns (avoid The Professional Couriers)
  • Rs 100 courier charge refund for self-shipping
    
    

• Cancellations:
  • Cancellations only possible before dispatch
  • If your order has shipped and you cancel, the full refund will be credited to your Hermod Wallet
    
    
• Return/Exchange Limits:
  • Costumers can only initiate an exchange or return once — no further actions are allowed
