Easy Return, Exchange & Reverse Pick Up:

1. Easy Returns and Exchanges:

   – Enjoy hassle-free returns and exchanges with HRMD within 15 days of placing your order.

2. Reverse Shipments:

– Upon returning an order, a ₹100 deduction per order is applied. This fee is regardless of the number of items; only one deduction of ₹100 is applied to the entire order, not each item.

– Our shipping partner makes two attempts for reverse pick-up. If unsuccessful, you can self-ship the package back to our company address.

3. Self-Shipping Orders:

– Depending on your area’s PIN code, reverse pick-up may not be available. If your PIN code doesn’t support reverse pick-up, self-ship the product(s) to our warehouse, and we’ll credit an additional ₹100 to your Hermod Wallet.

– Ship the product(s) to Hermod Warehouse securely, including the Order ID and registered mobile number.

– We recommend using India Post for courier services due to their budget-friendly and reliable services.

4. Return and Refund Policy:

– You can initiate a return request within 15 days of placing the order.

– For both Cash on Delivery & Prepaid orders, the entire order amount (excluding ₹100 for return shipping) will be credited to your HRMD Wallet. The refund will be credited to the Wallet once the product reaches the warehouse and after thorough quality checks within 2-4 working days. Hermod Wallet amount is valid for future purchases for up to one year.

– In the case of returning one or more products from a combo pack, the return of the entire combo pack will be initiated.

– Special return/refund rules may apply during specific marketing campaigns, as indicated on the promotion banners. We reserve the right to reject a return request if products appear to be opened or used.

5. Return Request Guidelines:

– To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure the product is not damaged due to misuse, receipt of a physically damaged product, user alteration, or return without original packaging, price tags, labels, or if packaging is damaged.

– Tampered serial number or barcode, product defects not covered under warranty, and initiation beyond 15 days of placing the order are circumstances where Hermod will NOT process return requests.
