        your shoes are really nice, in terms of quality and comfort nonetheless the customer service is cunning, i wanted to return my product for wrong size and manufacturing defects a day after it arrived and you guys didn’t accept it, later you told me that once your restock you will place a replacement and return by yourself, it has been 20+ days and you guys stopped responding to my emails along with my customer care inquires on your website ???
        Now that so many days have passed, you can easily apply your policies and not place a return or replacement?
